- Cashflow certainty: Our Guaranteed Rent Service ensures that you will receive a consistent rental income, providing you with cash flow certainty. You won’t have to worry about rental payments being delayed or missed, as we guarantee that you will receive your rent on time, every time.
- We take care of the maintenance costs: As part of our Guaranteed Rent Service, we will take care of the maintenance costs for your property, up to an individual cost of £250. This includes repairs, maintenance, and other necessary work to keep the property in good condition.
- No management fee: We do not charge any management fees for our Guaranteed Rent Service. This means that you can save money on property management costs while still benefiting from our comprehensive service.
- No void periods: With our Guaranteed Rent Service, you won’t have to worry about void periods or periods of vacancy. We will continue to pay you rent even if the property is unoccupied.

How it works
Supporting Landlords
- Application Assessment:
After submitting the guaranteed rent inquiry form, we will evaluate your application and conduct some background research to provide you with a quick estimated offer. We will contact you to inform about the potential value of your property and schedule a viewing as soon as possible.
- Viewing and formal offer:
We will assess the property to ensure that it meets our standards and provide recommendations for any necessary improvements. After the viewing of the property, we will give within 24 hours, a formal revised offer, and the lease agreement to review.
3. Preparing the Required Paperwork:
Before signing the lease, we will require several documents, including a gas safety certificate, energy performance certificate, electrical installation certificate, proof of ownership, and the building’s insurance policy.
- Sign the agreement and enjoy peace of mind!
After obtaining all the necessary paperwork, it’s time to sign the lease agreement and enjoy the peace of mind! From this point forward, your rent will be paid into your account every month for the duration of the lease, with no periods of vacancy.
