At Landcast Property Management, we believe in a fair and transparent partnership. Our profit-sharing model is simple: we split the net profits from your property 20/80 after deducting essential expenses like mortgage payments, cleaning, maintenance, and other agreed-upon costs. This means we both have a vested interest in maximizing your property’s income.
After submitting the guaranteed rent inquiry form, we will evaluate your application and conduct some background research to provide you with a quick estimated offer. We will contact you to inform about the potential value of your property and schedule a viewing as soon as possible.
We will assess the property to ensure that it meets our standards and provide recommendations for any necessary improvements. After the viewing of the property, we will give within 24 hours, a formal revised offer, and the lease agreement to review.
3. Preparing the Required Paperwork:
Before signing the lease, we will require several documents, including a gas safety certificate, energy performance certificate, electrical installation certificate, proof of ownership, and the building’s insurance policy.
After obtaining all the necessary paperwork, it’s time to sign the lease agreement and enjoy the peace of mind! From this point forward, your rent will be paid into your account every month for the duration of the lease, with no periods of vacancy.
